A blend of Pilates, Tai Chi, and Yoga, this class helps you find balance and peace while toning your body. Whether you’re new to movement or a seasoned pro, this calming, low-impact session is ideal for unwinding and recharging on Saturday mornings.

This class gives you a midweek energy boost. You’ll be moving, energised and feeling strong.
Combining cardio and strength training, this fast-paced, high-energy workout is the perfect way to wake up your body and kickstart your day. Whether you’re looking to improve your endurance or boost your metabolism, this class will help you power through the week with confidence.
