💪 Gymnasium:
Comprehensive workout environment with cardio machines, machine weights and free weights. We offer a full suite of gym memberships, 10 visit cards and/or casual visits. Personal trainers are available to tailor your exercise programs and provide expert guidance to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We also have specialised programs for Teens (12-17yr olds) and Move-for-Life (50+yr olds). There is an on-site physiotherapist, specializing in Parkinson’s and functional movements.
🏊♂️ Swimming Pools:
Treetops Pool: This is our lap pool with views literally amongst the TreeTops. Maintained at 31-32°C with ground-source heating and solar panels. This pool’s depth can be adjusted for various activities including public swimming, learn-to-swim programs, squad swimming, deep water running, etc. Cove Pool: Kept at a cozy 32°C year-round, this 0.9-1.2m deep pool with accessible steps is a quiet oasis for water activities. Open for public swimming, learn-to-swim programs, hydrotherapy, etc.
🧘 Group Exercise Classes:
There is a wide variety of group exercise classes available for all fitness levels. You can choose the intensity level and class style that suits you and your weekly schedule.
👶 Creche:
Our qualified Early Childhood Educators are available to look after your children while you look after your health and wellbeing. With a large variety of toys, art, themes and activities your children will be engaged in educational play at the creche.
🎳 Tenpin Bowling:
Healthways Bowl is home to Victoria’s very first tenpin bowling alley! Healthways Bowl has 8 lanes with adjoining Functions and Events rooms. Everything for adults and kids. Bowling is the perfect inclusive activities for groups of any age or ability. All weather. All ages. All abilities. All fun!

Our pool water heating and air heating/cooling is from renewable ground source energy and powered by renewable solar power.
