Are you unsure about what exercise you could do regularly?
For the greatest overall health benefits, experts recommend that you do 20-30 minutes of aerobic activity 3 or more times a week and some type of muscle strengthening activity and stretching at least twice a week.
If this is already you, congratulations for spending the time to look after your health as many health issues can be prevented with regular exercise!
To show you that our gym and classes are friendly and comfortable, whether you have never come to a gym before or whether you are a regular gym attendee, we encourage new enquiries to come in and try the facilities with a complimentary trial pass.
We are so convinced that you are going to enjoy your time at Healthways and be satisfied with the health benefits you’ll experience with regular exercise, that the pass can be used for your choice of:
- Gym session;
- Group exercise class; or
- Casual swim.
If you are:
- New to gyms, we suggest you use the pass for a group exercise class. During classes an instructor is there to help you through the session, so you have more opportunity to be shown what to do.
- Experienced in gyms, feel free to use your pass for a gym session or a group exercise class. Your choice.
