Booking for the holiday program is via Kidsoft’s Parent Portal. Kidsoft is one of the biggest and most trusted ‘Education and Care Management Software’ providers, and connects securely with Centrelink. Please set-up your Kidsoft Parent Portal and then you’ll be able to manage your bookings and account all in one place really easily.
Availability:
Up-to-date availability is always available in real-time via the parent portal. However, if you haven’t set-up your portal yet, to give you an idea of availability, please see below.
- Mon 07/07/25 – Bookings open on 02/06/2025.
- Tues 08/07/25 – Bookings open on 02/06/2025.
- Wed 09/07/25 – Bookings open on 02/06/2025.
- Thurs 10/07/25 – Bookings open on 02/06/2025.
- Fri 11/07/25 – Bookings open on 02/06/2025.
- Mon 14/07/25 – Bookings open on 02/06/2025.
- Tues 15/07/25 – Bookings open on 02/06/2025.
- Wed 16/07/25 – Bookings open on 02/06/2025.
- Thurs 17/07/25 – Bookings open on 02/06/2025.

STEP 1: Set up your Parent Portal
The first time you set-up your Parent Portal, you’ll complete an enrolment form for your child/children. This only needs to be done once per child, then adding/changing bookings from then on is super-easy!
Instructions:
- Have you filled in an enrolment form for your child already?
- If yes, go straight to ‘STEP 2: Start Managing your Bookings in your Parent Portal’ below.
- If no, click on this link https://app.kidsoft.com.au/p/Healthways/enrolment-form. You’ll be directed to set-up your portal and then to fill in an enrolment form.
- If you’re setting up your portal for the first time, follow the directions to ‘Create an Account’. You’ll need to go to your email, authenticate your account, and set your password. Log in.
- You should be directed to an enrolment form.
- If the form doesn’t auto-load for you, just come back here and click on the enrolment form link again, ie. https://app.kidsoft.com.au/p/Healthways/enrolment-form.
- Fill in the form. Please note:
- If you don’t have all the information to hand, or you don’t have much time to fill it in, that’s okay. It’s just the items that have a red circle with a cross through it that are mandatory. Where you don’t have information to hand, it’s okay to put “N/A” or “999999” in the field. We’ll contact you if any missing information is required for Vacation care and you can always send through additional information later if needed. That’s completely fine.
- For example, birth certificates and proof of immunisation certificates are not required for Primary School Aged children attending Vacation Care. These items are self-declared.
- Once you’ve completed your enrolment form/s, they get sent to us to check and approve. If there’s anything missing from your enrolment form we’ll let you know. We check for them regularly and aim to approve enrolment forms within 2 business days.
- Re: Change of details:
- At any point if you need to update your child’s details, please email through any changes to healthways@healthways.com.au and we can update their record.
- You’ll then receive a welcome email to your iParentPortal and then you’re all set to make bookings. All done! Managing bookings is super easy in your Parent Portal! See below.
STEP 2: Start Managing your Bookings in your Parent Portal
To manage your family’s bookings log-in to your Parent Portal at https://parentslogin.kidsoft.com.au/
Making bookings via your Parent Portal.
- Click on the ‘Bookings’ tab. Select a date on the calendar.
- Click ‘Make a booking’.
- Select a date, select your child/ren, select ‘Vacation Care’.
- Click ‘Checkout’.
Cancelling bookings via your Parent Portal.
- Click on the ‘Bookings’ tab. Select a date on the calendar.
- Scroll down and click on the three dots next to your booking.
- Select ‘Cancel Booking’.
- Follow the prompts.
Managing payments via your Parent Portal.
- Click on the ‘Payments’ tab.
- Update your details.
- Click ‘Save’.
Adding another child.
- Click on the enrolment form link at https://app.kidsoft.com.au/p/Healthways/enrolment-form. Complete it for your new child.
- The completed form will be sent to us to check and approve. If there’s anything missing from your enrolment form we’ll let you know. We check for enrolment forms regularly and aim to approve enrolment forms within 2 business days.
- You’ll then receive a welcome email to your iParentPortal and then you’re all set to make bookings as per above.
