At Healthways, we believe health means something different to everyone – and that’s exactly what makes this challenge work.  Our 5 Week Mental Health & Fitness Challenge is designed to help you discover what being healthier means to you, while strengthening both your body and mind along the way.

The real reward? A healthier, happier you. The progress you’ll feel, the energy you’ll gain, and the confidence you’ll build – that’s what this challenge is all about.

HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS:

Duration: Pick any 5 weeks between now and Christmas.

📋 Register for the challenge at reception – Complete a quick wellbeing questionnaire and you’re ready to go. Think about what healthier means to you and set your personal goal. Easy!

🌟 Every visit earns you a star on our community wall – Watch your progress grow and celebrate your commitment alongside others. You’re not just working out; you’re part of a community working towards better health together.

🎯 Visit 15 times in 5 weeks – That’s just 3 visits per week. Consistency is where real change happens – you’ll feel stronger, sleep better, and notice the positive impact on your mood and energy levels. Show up for yourself, and watch how good it feels. (And yes, there’s a small bonus gift waiting when you complete the challenge too!)

💪 Make the most of your membership – Use your unlimited access to explore everything Healthways has to offer. Try a new group class that you’ve been curious about, push yourself in the gym, find your calm in the pool, or mix it up throughout the week. This is your chance to discover what you love!
