- Participation: The Community Fun Day is a free event open to all age groups. By registering, participants agree to adhere to event rules and guidelines.
- Registration: Registration is mandatory for attendance. This form must be completed accurately, and participants are encouraged to provide truthful information.
- Safety: Participants are responsible for their own safety during the event. Healthways will take necessary precautions, but individuals are expected to follow guidelines provided by event staff.
- Supervision: Any child below the age of 12 needs constant adult supervision.
- Behaviour: Aggression or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. At the discretion of event organisers participants may be asked to leave if behaviour is deemed to be unacceptable.

- Emergency Procedures: In case of any issues or emergencies, participants should contact event staff and follow their directions.
- Event Changes: Healthways reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or activities. Participants will be notified of any significant alterations via their contact details provided.
- Cancellation: Healthways reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly.
- Consent for Photography: Participants grant Healthways the right to use event photographs for promotional purposes. If any individual has concerns about their image being used, they must notify event organizers in advance.
