Modern Breaststroke: Technical Evolution For More Efficient Swimmers
In 2024 there were changes to competitive breaststroke rules. Modern breaststroke emphasises hydrodynamics throughout the entire stroke with hips high, head rising only for breathing, and feet elevated to reduce drag.
