For the greatest overall health benefits, experts recommend that you do 20-30 minutes of aerobic activity 3 or more times a week and some type of muscle strengthening activity and stretching at least twice a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experienced in gyms, feel free to use your pass for a gym session or a group exercise class. Your choice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
