This is called the \u2018Swim Starter\u2019.\u00a0 This covers your classes until your first monthly direct debit, so you can try the classes out.\u00a0 If you\u2019re happy simply stay on and your first direct debit will happen as scheduled.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t wish to continue, simply cancel your classes before your first direct debit.\u00a0 Easy!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The \u2018Swim Starter\u2019 is non-refundable, but it is transferable, so if you don\u2019t use it all it can go towards any future bookings or other members of your family.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You&#8217;re never locked in.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t wish to swim the next month, or if you only want to do part of the next month, let us know a minimum of one day before the direct debit date so your bookings can be updated.\u00a0 All invoices read off your bookings.\u00a0 As soon as you update your bookings, your next payment will only include classes that you are booked in for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once payment for the following month has happened, your enrolment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Ie. Each applicable enrolment receives a maximum of 5% discount.<br \/>\r\n<\/ul><br \/>\r\n<b>Public Holidays:<\/b> <br \/>\r\n<ul><br \/>\r\n<li>There are no classes on public holidays.  If you are enrolled on a public holiday, the cost of the class is credited to your account at the end of that week.  Credits are not refundable, but are transferrable and will automatically go towards reducing the amount of your next payment.<br \/>\r\n<\/ul><br \/>\r\n<b>Bank fees:<\/b><br \/>\r\n<ul><br \/>\r\n<li>Credit card transactions: 33c.  Or Bank account transactions: 66c.<br \/>\r\n<li>Surcharge for Visa\/Mastercard: 0% (ie. There is no surcharge.)
