The bowler who scores the highest pin fall wins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Terminology<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Strike is when all ten pins are bowled over with the first ball of a frame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Spare is when all ten pins are bowled over using both the balls in a frame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An Open frame is when pins remain standing after both balls have been bowled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Split is when pins are left standing after the first ball is bowled on both sides of where the number 1 pin or head pin would be standing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scoring<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scoring is always calculated by the individual frame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A strike is recorded as 10 plus the number of pins bowled with the next two balls in your game.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A spare is recorded as 10 plus the number of pins bowled with the next ball in your game.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An open frame is recorded as the number of pins bowled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For your safety<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The black line at the beginning of your lane is called a foul line and for your safety you are not permitted to cross it. If your ball gets stuck or a pin lands in your gutter, please ask us for help.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All balls should be placed on the rack on your lane, not nursed in your lap, and returned to the storage racks at the end of your game.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The person whose turn it is to bowl should be the only one on the timber area of your lane.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your childrens&#8217; safety is your responsibility whilst in the centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Basic Ten Pin Bowling Rules are as Follows: The Game Each game consists of ten frames with two balls per frame.
