No payment required until 15\/12\/26.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"222\" height=\"85\" src=\"https:\/\/www.healthways.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2013\/05\/iParentPortal-Logo-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7240\" style=\"aspect-ratio:2.611764705882353;width:222px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>STEP 1:&nbsp; Set up your Parent Portal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The first time you set-up your Parent Portal, you&#8217;ll complete an enrolment form for your child\/children.&nbsp; This only needs to be done once per child, then adding\/changing bookings from then on is super-easy!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Have you filled in an enrolment form for your child already?<\/strong>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If yes, go straight to &#8216;STEP 2: Start Managing your Bookings in your Parent Portal&#8217; below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If no, click on this link&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/app.kidsoft.com.au\/p\/Healthways\/enrolment-form\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/app.kidsoft.com.au\/p\/Healthways\/enrolment-form<\/a>.&nbsp; You&#8217;ll be directed to set-up your portal and then to fill in an enrolment form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you&#8217;re setting up your portal for the first time, follow the directions to &#8216;Create an Account&#8217;.&nbsp; You&#8217;ll need to go to your email, authenticate your account, and set your password.&nbsp; Log in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You should be directed to an enrolment form.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the form doesn&#8217;t auto-load for you, just come back here and click on the enrolment form link again, ie.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/app.kidsoft.com.au\/p\/Healthways\/enrolment-form\">https:\/\/app.kidsoft.com.au\/p\/Healthways\/enrolment-form<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the form.&nbsp; Please note:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you don&#8217;t have all the information to hand, or you don&#8217;t have much time to fill it in, that&#8217;s okay.&nbsp; It\u2019s just the items that have a red circle with a cross through it that are mandatory.&nbsp; Where you don\u2019t have information to hand, it\u2019s okay to put \u201cN\/A\u201d or \u201c999999\u201d in the field. We\u2019ll contact you if any missing information is required for Vacation care and you can always send through additional information later if needed.
