Our creche is located on the first floor and has a fabulous array of toys and activities to keep babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers happy and cared for. Newcomers are very welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creche Overview:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hours of Operation:<\/strong> Monday to Friday 9.00am-12.00noon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Age:<\/strong> 6 weeks (and after their 6 week medical checkup) to Preschoolers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Price:<\/strong><br><br>\n<table id=\"wp-table-reloaded-id-20-no-1\" class=\"wp-table-reloaded wp-table-reloaded-id-20\">\n<tbody>\n\t<tr class=\"row-1 odd\">\n\t\t<td class=\"column-1\">2026:<\/td>\n\t<\/tr>\n\t<tr class=\"row-2 even\">\n\t\t<td class=\"column-1\">Members - $7.00 per child and $6.00 for a second child per session<\/td>\n\t<\/tr>\n\t<tr class=\"row-3 odd\">\n\t\t<td class=\"column-1\">Non Members - $8.00 per child and $7.00 for a second child per session  <\/td>\n\t<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-3526\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2013\/11\/Grazia-smaller-10-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Grazia smaller 10\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\"><\/figure>What you need to know:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Carers: <\/strong>All the creche staff are fully qualified early childhood educators.\u00a0 Depending on what day you attend, you&#8217;ll meet Grazia, Susan, or Mandy who have cared for children over many years and\u00a0have seen lots of children grow up. They are dedicated to their roles and organise lots of fun activities for the children to do throughout the year.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grazia (room leader) has a Diploma of Social Science (Child Care Services) from Melbourne university. \u00a0She worked in child care for 18 years, as the leader of her room and also a part time associate director of a childcare centre. \u00a0She has\u00a03 school aged children of her own and has worked at Healthways for\u00a0many many\u00a0years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bookings: <\/strong>It is a good idea to\u00a0pre-book your children as there are limited places available each day. Bookings can be made up to 1 week in advance. \u00a0Please phone reception on 98952300 to check availability and make a booking. \u00a0Once you start attending the creche you can make future bookings for the following week while you&#8217;re here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enrolment &amp; Signing in and out:<\/strong> The first time they come to the creche you simply fill out an enrolment form, and then every time you visit the creche you sign your children in and out. You will need your payment receipt or your membership card with you when you sign them in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sickness: <\/strong> In fairness to other children and the carers, please do not bring your child to the centre if he\/she is sick or has recently had an infectious disease &#8211; including a cold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Introducing your child to the creche:<\/strong> New children to the creche can take a few visits before settling in. If your child does not settle you may be collected from your activity within the centre. Be patient &#8211; most children settle in and then don&#8217;t want to leave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>School aged children:<\/strong>\u00a0School aged children are not permitted in the creche. However, during school holidays, school age children may join the activities being run by the School Holiday Program. Booking is required for this program. <a href=\"\/boxhill\/other-programs\/school-holiday-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CLICK HERE<\/span> for more information about the School Holiday Program<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reminder to new Mothers:<\/strong> Please note that mothers returning to exercise after child birth must have medical clearance prior to commencement of an exercise program. Thank you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conditions of use:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parents may not leave the premises while their children are being cared for in the creche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum time in the creche is 1.5 hrs per visit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our service does not include feeding babies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our service does not include changing nappies for children over 12 months.
