NEW 6am OPENING TIME!

As of Monday 29th November 2010, the centre will be opening earlier.

On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays the centre will now open at 6am instead of 6.30am.

So, if you need to get your day started early, come on down.  You can easily be exercised, showered and dressed for the day and then you’re evenings are free to spend doing whatever makes you happy.

Set your alarm and come down for some early morning exercise.
